IMHO there is a simple process which although it would not fix it entirely would certainly put a dent in the Bot traders bank balance,.
It would assist the government
No legislation required
Basically no cost in collecting
I would be agreeable to pay it as there would be benefits to me (no Bots)
Simply a $1.00 or $2.00 flat tax on every trade regardless of size
