I don't believe that the cost to MPO will be the $30million someone has been alluding to. Far from it IMO as that is just talk.
What gets to me though is as to how long this thing has been allowed to be dragged on the way it has, and not just finalised into a Courtroom in one way or another. But that's Lawyers for you when they know that there is a good goose with a golden egg sitting in the bank.
And then on the other end of the equation we have ULC which seems to have a reputation for litigations in the industry doing the claim.
Anyway I am holding, I have been holding for that long that I don't even bother to try and remember, and will continue to hold. Reason being that there will have to be a day that the Board will have to make a decision one way or another. Don't forget that they hold well over $60mill dollars and even if they were to be paying $30mill in damages (Which I doubt it very much), they still can spend $30 odd million dollars in getting something started.
