Does anyone have any further insight into the validity of the legal claims against MPO ? MPO have a provision of A$8mil on the books but the total claim appears to be closer to A$30mil. clearly is why the shares are trading at a substantial discount to apparent cash backing. Or is it an ambit claim ? ie will it be settled for far less than the $30mil making the provision fair?
