ASIC's handling of our complaints over the years has confirmed that the organisation is a watchdog only in name. It's a mysterious establishment resembling a secret society and, I'm afraid. also lacking a good heart when it comes to protecting innocent citizens' money. It should be abolished and replaced by an FBI-like fraud squad.
