What is going on with the application of law in Australia is disgusting.
ASIC puts laws in place and selectively applies them.
Only the little guy gets prosecuted while the big players undertaking EXACTLY the same actions on a massive scale ore overlooked.
It is outrageous how ASIC has been co-opted to nail the small guy so the big players have carte blanche.
Who is in charge of cherry picking who gets the stick and who gets the sugar cube?
wrt to market access, why is there not a SINGLE set of CLEAR rules that apply to ALL participants?
Every retail high volume trader is in effect at risk of prosecution every single day for undertaking exactly the same types of trades that the big banks and hedge funds are.
The tall poppies get their heads cut off.
