How long did you think you had to black yourself out for before selling? I thought if you gave notice that you were quiting that you would be able to trade the next day? I suppose it depends on what you are privy to and how long that information is valid enough to warrant a perceived market advantage.
Did CVI request you to enter a blackout period or did you deem that yourself for your own perceived protection from potential prosecution?
As you saw the price rapidly falling in your blackout period and being a significant CVI shareholder surely this must have tested your resolve.
I know what I would have done, turned those lights on real quick!
