asic intervention

What is worrysome to me...is the lack of intervention from ASIC...when they are supposed to be regulators of the ASX...I have made numerous emails to ASIC regardng CCC, just outlining the facts...but nothing seems to have been done about it...

The worst feeling is when you know something doesn't feel right...but can't act on it due to the amount of red tape & additional cash that could be lost to pay for lawyers. Surely there are moderators here that have been involved in the CCC from its conception to the present...that can validate this..

After investing in CCC, I am reluctant to invest in the share market...knowing that it is not regulated diligently.
I shall hope that there is a representative of ASIC at the AGM, so they can hear the facts at hand.
