Asic Investigate MNE without Predjudice to Shareholders

In my opinion The Supp Prospectus mne released just confirms asic are asking mne to please explain fix up errors so asic need not take action . I believe asic are failing to regulate & conduct fair investigation into a company with clear board member and finance broker conflicts of interest with regard to upcoming 400/1 share consolidation at resolution 16
