Although this issue has been raised from an earlier thread, I would like to again call upon shareholders who have felt betrayed or strongly dissappointed by AVX management to lodge their complaint to ASIC.

As minefield has suggested, the more noise we create the more likely ASIC would knock on Avexa's door & step into their office.

The whole debacle smells like rotten dead fish & we should aim for a formal enquiry regarding this matter and hopefully recover our last SPP which in my personal opinion is a complete fraud.

    Put it this way..

Downside: 15 minutes of your time.

    Upsides:
    - Affirmation of shareholders power
    - Potential publicity, creating alarm bells for other irresponsible directors for other companies in the future
    - Potential of getting our SPP back (up to $15k)

I know some of you might think that this would further hurt the company, but if any concrete event materializes (such as a class action which is very unlikely) we could always decide to withdraw our claim anytime in the future.

At the moment we can only do what is in our power, which is to create as much stink of this as we can.

I have personally done the submission (took me less than 15 minutes online) and I can provide you with relevant past company announcements as supporting materials (will save your 5 minutes time searching) and if you'd like to be sent these you can send email to myself:

    [email protected]

Can you also post on HC once you have done submission so I can give ASIC a call once we have enough reasonable numbers and still have not heard from them in 2 weeks time.

Thank you for your support & to close this here is a quote from ASIC's website:

    "YOUR COMPLAINT COUNTS
    Your complaint:
-Tells us which people and what problems are giving trouble to consumers, investors and creditors
    - Suggest targets for surveillance and inspections
    - Helps us select cases for possible criminal or civil action
    - Guides us on the warning and advice we give."

Our collective 15 minutes will count!
