I can tell you from past experience and past complaints ASIC are just as useless as ASX
However I put in a complaint last year when ASX were delaying the NoM and it was approved a week later, mind you I still have not had a response from ASIC but for a computer generated confirmation of the complaint.
The companies lawyers also had to call a meeting with the ASX advisor when they were stalling,
Yesterday I spent 90 mins on 2 calls speaking to ASX, someone claims I asked the wrong question, for a whole 90 mins, give me a break,
First call was to Perth who claimed they were finished and put me through to Sydney, second call to Sydney I got past the toy soldiers and spoke to a manager,
She didn't want to tell me who was looking at or controlling this but slipped up eventually and told me Perth still,
ASX is a complete joke but they think they can do as they like and report to ASIC who are equally useless.

I cannot see, more so after speaking to them, why they continue to delay this, ASX admitted there was nothing required from the company and purely review by ASX, how they can give a code without approving listing does not make sense and I suspect this review is just another excuse to delay and frustrate companies, why
As I said, they get more fees for an IPO than a RTO, and are they charging more fees while this drags on
The company cannot complain too much or ASX Perth, as they told me last year will hold it up further, but that's not how to run a business,
