    i agree and stat dec that most companies directors are shiffty , acting on vague repetitive diligence, with the help of corporate law and inadequate protection for shares holders,,
    resulting most companies are related to related parties with insiders trading ...
    ASIC should ban all directors with bad records and send them to workforce detention camps..
    apply to whom it may of concern??
