ossieblue, when things were even less fluid than at present I also thought that the bots were driving away retailers, or had already mostly done so, particularly in mining and metals sector, and I also, like you, wondered against whom they'd end up trading....!!!! with each other. I don't think clerical and middle managements and even uppers understand what this is doing to Feds' revenue and the spending in the economy. This does certainly affect jobs creation.
