    Jupiter mines (JMS) had a grubby brown envelope pushed under it's door on 23/05/12 making a "substantial offer" to buy one of their iron assets. Share price went 15 to 23 cents and back to 15 after an ASX speeding ticket. Maybe not related but it's the same modus.

    This is going to get more common I reckon.
