MBL are a rotten bunch of scumbags. The holders of the warrants had every reason to feel happy when Banda was a hit. But MBL didn't want to pay out the warrants so they sold HDR in massive quantities to push the price down and rip off the warrant holders. They knew that a placement was coming so their manipulation would have a secondary advantage of pushing down the price of the placement, allowing them to restock their HDR holdings at a much lower price.

If there is any justice in this world, MBL will be forced to pay compensation to those who bought their warrants in good faith and suffered as a result of their manipulations. I will also be boycotting all MBL products and hope that HDR blacklists them from future capital raisings.
