The Corporations act and duty to shareholders are laid out plain and simple these are publicly listed companies yet boards make decisions without SH, give themselves bonuses and then use outsider broker to fund, in which most cases the brokers dump the raised stock on the long term shareholder. Does this not then mean most public business are nothing more than a tool for easily accessible liquidity for brokers? Up to 40% discounts this Is blatant conflict of interest to their SH
