    Hi Skegs,

    S.622 is probably the key section. It deals with Escalation Agreements. I read in WN's Bidder's Statement that they claim they are in compliance with S.622. I'm not sure of the actual date of any options agreement coming into place with BRM& Wah Nam, but if it was 6 months prior to the takeover announcement it may be worth raising. I should say I'm not a lawyer and have no expertise in the area. The devil is likely in the detail.
