How can the remaining Directors propose to give away the company for $70000. Shareholders, under this deal we get wiped anyway. Our holding will be diluted to next to nothing. Nothing should be allowed to happen until the company meets its obligations and presents the missing financial reports. No matter how small ones shareholding we need to vote NO to any new board until we have a full disclosure of the companies activities. Then we can make up our minds as to the state of play.
