i suggested earlier today it would have been prudent for AUM to cease the vote on the options.

its a shame ASIC had to intervene to get AUM to withdraw the vote from the meeting.

although on balance it was the correct thing for ASIC to do...and for anyone to take good or bad news out of this action would be wrong to do so.

until there is transparency and detailed information on the actual find.......its to early to make definitive calls
