Am I right that it goes like this:
At such a 249D meeting and resolution to have the Gutnicks ousted, the number of voting shareholders 'for' and 'against' get counted.
Going by present sentiment the number 'for' will outnumber the number 'against'.
And then will be counted how many shares are represented by the 'for' voters and how many shares are represented by the 'against' voters.

I can imagine that there are nowadays in the Gutnick camp several considerable share owners, who are ever so slightly fed-up with most of the present directors and who would like to see them replaced. These considerable shareholders could now very well be in the 'for' camp and I like to think that the majority of the voting shares at such a 249D meeting will be for ousting most of the present directors.

As Sir Les Patterson use to say "Anybody with me....."

Ah welll, it doesn't hurt to dream, eh...
