I see that this notice is merely telling ASIC about an appointment or cessation of a P1 company officeholder.
So I don't see the notice as a straw in the wind about a new future for P1.
You ask whether P1 is still going to list? What's your prediction?
So far as I know there has been no action or information since that distracting and alleged announcement of a backdoor takeover that emerged just after GCN's AGM. I don't know who was the source of that information, but so much time has elapsed that they seem to have got it plain wrong - or were telling a porky.
Looking for the whereabouts of P1 these days is like looking for a black cat in a dark room. Mind you, they still spruik their now defunct prospectus at www.p1card.com, so they show masterful management of the internet.
