Good on you Ant for formally taking up this ProjectInsider defamatory posting re insolvency with ASIC and also for saving the screen shots as ammo . There was one other poster ( I forget who but one of the regulars) that also posted that he/she retained a screen shot at the time before the Moderator removed the posting. I presume HC also retain on file any such postings they deem as defamatory in case legal actions are taken. I called repeatedly in my posts for NAG management to take up this matter with the authorities, but I presume they did not. They did put out a statement saying the company was not insolvent, but its like a slap in the face of PI poster with a feather duster. I thought that was really poor form on their part as it just led to other certain posters just continuing with misinformation and downramping.
