Anyway, whatever, I doubt ASIC would follow up unless NAG made an official request, alternatively NAG should get ( or should have got) their legal eagles onto the matter and pursue the defamatory posting in the courts. Its not too late MT if you are reading this. In the case of companies suing, the defamatory statement must be proven to have some form of harmful financial consequences for the company. Well, here's one.... if NAG was inclined to raise again, its from a much lower price base than was possible before that posting. Also when mud is thrown, some sticks regardless of the truth,, and that can potentially impact on forward contract negotiations. As I said, the book should have been ( still can) be thrown at PI , do a Putin or Trump, ie, man up, and squash these people who way overstep the mark with such commentaries on HC. Replace the feather duster response we got with a nuke.
