Also it appears Chunlin Ouyang has sold out his personal holding of 0.66% as disclosed prior to this announcement and OCJ (Investments) Australia Pty Ltd held 19.9%. So there must have been some selling or shuffling on-market to get the new set of figures, hope he did well as the price movement lately afford him a good opportunity.

Not sure he will be leaping out of the blocks to seek a seat at the board table though but maybe his time in the sun is about to occur, who knows.

If you look at it conversely and if he has informally agreed something with TIO then the combined holding of TIO and OCJ is 73.86% and we dont know if TIO has been buying in the last couple of days to get it over the 75% mark. An SoA style of offer of some sort is becoming a higher probability and well on the cards but we don't know what type of offer it will contain (i.e. merger or acquisition) and even then TIO can't vote so the 21% OCJ now holds 44.5% of the voting power.

As mentioned before OCJ now holds the key.
