Some months ago I posted on similar problems where my friends have been ripped off by unscrupulous and greedy people. And thanks to the advice on this site some tapes of sell orders were obtained from TD Waterhouse after threatening the banking industry ombudsman. Also the bank involved finally 'found' the deposit slip in which funds were deposited into an account of a different name. Wonderful what a few well worded threats by registered post will achieve.
This is a separate problem where I wish to know if an individual has bad debt judgements whether they can be removed as a director as they are unfit to be a director. The director concerned has not declared themselves as a shopaholic or bankrupt - why would you if can push someone else towards bankruptcy instead to keep yourself propped up.
I look forward to hearing from any hotcopperites with any knowledge on the processes of ASIC in defining and removing unfit directors.
