    MIS investors 'failed on paperwork'

    October 5, 2009
MANY Timbercorp and Great Southern investors had failed to properly read their paperwork, according to Australian Securities Investment Commission regional commissioner Warren Day.

Speaking ahead of an ASIC regional roadshow next month that aims to raise awareness about its role and how to invest safely, Mr Day said he saw the same "fundamental errors" recurring when dealing with MIS investors who had lost money.

ASIC's roadshow will begin in Geelong on October 15 and wraps up in Ballarat on October 22.

So what rock have you been hiding under Commissioner Warren Day?

If this is as good excuse for a ponzi to get by ASIC's due diligence, then what about all the litigation with other MIS schemes?

Can we sue ASIC?,especially after this qualified person made this statement, and especially as litigation is presently proceeding,my ,oh,my,this statement might have a possible influence on my financial outcome that could be detrimental for my benefit!
