Greater transparency of ownership and offers of all CR's to holders that register via the Company share register and meet the Sop terms.

Where companies claim the usual BS about Cornerstone and Into investors these investors should have at least 50% of shares escrowed for 3-6 months with the greater the discount they get on application the more and longer the escrow. In addition these holders should be required to disclose all sales within 3-6 months.

The open and closing auction should be based on fixed bid. Meaning all bids entered during the 10 minutes of the auction once entered cannot be cancelled. In its current format the ASX open and close are just a rort.
