Listening to podcasts on ASIC's website where they have successfully pursued criminal charges against corporate wrongdoers, there's usually about 2 to 3 years between the actual crime and the criminal proceedings. Allowing some extra time for the complexity of this case and the number of people involved, I fear that we'll see the end of 2020 before we see any criminal proceedings - if we see any at all.
