So, that is the service that ASIC can privide for its stakeholders on such an issue? Only reply to the letter saying nothing they can do about it? The reply letter should have be as short as one sentense: We are not able to do anything about the issue you raised. That will also save readers time.

IMO, ASIC should be removed to save our taxpayers money.
