Thanks for reminding me - I had forgotten to update my disclosure - yes as a matter of fact I did take the $1.00 offer and as it stands now - it looks like they actually did me a favour taking SMR off my hands, thats not to say that I'm happy about the way it was done....hence the complaint to ASIC.
I wasn't expecting any joy from ASIC whatsoever, and I'm pretty safe in that prediction based on their past performance as a regulator.
