Well yesterday afternoon I did get a response from ASIC and I was dumbfounded.

Their response was classed as 'Treat as in Confidence' and DLM = Sensitive, whatever that means!

    The following was my response:-

    'Quite frankly I am dumbfounded!

I wasn't insinuating misconduct but making an enquiry to ensure that none occurred - quite different if you ask me!

To me this sounds like a standard response letter to ANY enquiry?

As you have given me no information, why is your response 'in confidence'?

A simple question that I asked is have all the matters referred to ASIC by their previous auditors been resolved?

This requires a simple yes or no answer - does it not?

We are shareholders in NuSep and should be entitled to a reply!

Where is the 'freedom of information' in our country?

Your simple response without all the qualifications would be very much appreciated.

    Regards'

I will keep you informed as further communication occurs as I can assure you there will be more!

    Regards................
