In fact xsol from many ASIC responses I've had, this is the first that provides this detail and recommends they can do no more - but suggests (somewhat) that they (she) agrees with my points and suggests we contact MP's and other bodies to get the laws changed - fat chance!

When I'm not contacting ASIC I stand on the beach trying to mentally turn back the tide! (without much success thus far)
