I have withdrawn the post. ASIC did not, I note, address my concerns about trading with insufficient directors, a matter now fixed, but one which stood out like a sore thumb for far too long. A pity that some people complain on HC instead of direct to ASIC, and then complain again when someone does! Can't win around here... To anyone who felt defamed, my apologies. However, not declaring as becoming (and ceasing to be) a substantial SH is something that should not be countenanced. Sent this to ASX also.

Not that either ASX or ASIC are likely to take any action, but at least I have gone through the correct process even if I have little faith in them! If it was CBA or Telstra, might be a different story, but little fish are many, and they don't have the resources to deal with small fry.
