So you think that ASIC only looked at one item and looked at nothing else. That would be very inefficient, in my opinion it would make more sense for ASIC to look at everything in the financial reports.
As for disclosure, that is a different question and ASIC may not have checked that at the time, and that may be one of the issues that ASIC's ongoing enquires are looking at.
