    Well the tax office tried that once, and what a mess it made !

    This "external advisory panel " is just an excuse for some wheeler-dealer, lawyers, bankers and academic hangers-on such as Ian Ramsay to get some consulting fees from the Government not to mention some AO gongs down the track for "services to public regulation".
