    It is out of the ASIC jurisdiction to do so...even though the HSU has not submitted an audited account for the last four years...the only plausible reason for this delay is that no auditor would sign off on the accounts. On top of this, and according to the reports, the HSU is broke.

    The only ones who can investigate this are Fairwork Australia and they are stacked with union officials who can come into any workplace and investigate anything they want. There is no way FWA will prosecute their own comrades.
