My suspicions lie directly with Gutnick

I have no doubt he is at the very centre of this

He either got himself out, or his mates. Pure and simple

ASIC couldn't touch him if they tried though (esp not with Greame Samuel heading up ACCC and engrained in corporate regulation)

I too pity those that got burnt
