Thanks again I Feel that is worth keeping an eye on now. There has been many delays with many things, but many deals are now occurring.

Still feel that P1 could be the next to come to fruition or that shopping center chain..Wouldn't that be good!

The last 12 months have shown good potential development.Time Frames not good deals and agreements a lot better than a few months ago.

Here hoping.P1 NEXT week.or next week or, next week.But we could be surprised.
