Does anyone with a legal background have insight into who would be liable for this (IOOF or ANZ)? I honestly have no clue and best guess would tell me it would all depend on the details of the deal when ANZ sold RI to IOOF...
In either case I can see how on the surface another legal issue doesn't look great for IOOF (despite it being for something that predates IOOF ownership over RI)
