that’s the problem with MNS and why ASIC is suing the directors- the deal falls over cause they don’t meet milestones but the company doesn’t announce it to the market ?
Go back and try and find a formal announcement that Townsville wasn’t going ahead.. took months to even get a mention in a report after they lost the AU rights as C4V did a deal with a competitor
this also wasn’t announced by MNS
