One of the reasons we voted in FTI is because they advised us that had operations/partner operations in Texas.
Pitcher Partners did not this depth of experience/partners.
it was a long time ago now, but I do also seem to remember PP vehemently defending the JC and his team, when in my mind an administrators first duty is to creditors.
FTI just looked like a more honest outfit.
There were much bigger creditors than me making decisions there, and Aurora weren't calling all the shots. Everyone had their own mind to make up and vote to cast, and what is done is done.
