ASIC takes civil action against Antares Energy Limited, page-41

I understand your reluctance, back in 2015 i wrote to ASIC also, but not with anything like the detail that you have mentioned, and got fobbed off.
Right now there is a Royal Commission into banking and financial services. Alas, it does not extend to ASX and Directors responsibilities, but newspapers are alive to corporate misconduct just at the moment.
My suggestions to whom to represent your history of approaches made are:
