ASIC taking no action, page-2

ASIC assure me that "Although we have decided not to take any further action in respect of your report, this does not prevent you from pursuing any civil remedies otherwise available to you"

ASIC are happy to see resources given over to foreign interests after Australian investors have borne the costs of bringing a project so close to completion.

So is it going to help anybody to hold this stock or should we dispose of them?
