If Beconswood does not start its trial tomorrow, it is most likely any of the current cases will get to see the light of a courtroom.
This matter will be settled at all levels now, so now you have to ask the question, do you settle through the proposal or via a litigation funder. If through a litigation funder, what will they likely settle for and what would their cut of the pie be?
IMF and the lawyers have very vested interests in this case given the dollars involved.
IMO if you are holding out for 100c plus damages less the litigators fee, you are now dreaming as ANZ/ML do not wish to fight this to the end.
