I recently was contacted by FP markets and was told that ASIC wants any company that has an account with FP markets to get an LEI or AVID number.

They gave me a link and I filled it out and had to send my Certificate of incorporation etc and they said some guy will cal me to confirm details.

Has anyone else had to do this, as they say the deadline is 30 Sep 19 or else you can't trade with them?

There is not much info around about this so any help or advice on this would be helpful.
