All good points everyone.
My thoughts are that price will not be going up as much if at all. How could they if we are all getting pay freezes or even worse 4 days weeks.
Yes there are affordable places around but I cant see prices going up though because wages are effectively decreasing. Maybe government workers are still getting pay rises?
The news keeps saying unemployment stayed the same but it has not lots are getting pay cuts. Lets hope for a turnaround or house prices will come down.
