Warnie, funny how after all these years especially the past two, those guys were calling 40% plus falls...
overall it rose about 7%, some places had rises of 20, 30%
so they were out by about 50%
or should we look back to 2000, or 2003, or any other year, and those who called it the top each time...
its funny....calling a fall in prices, when the facts get in the way and show a constant rise
Melbourne median is about 525 or 545k's now...and inner Melb is 815k....
