Yes please provide some example figures. Do you for example have any $300K houses 25K outside of Perth that you are getting more than $600K per week for?
Taking the area quoted yesterday, Gosnells in Perth. There are 32 properties for rent on realestate.com.au and exactly zero for more then $600/week. You can get this brand new 4 bedroom house for $500/week though:
