It appears that the main ASIC problem is that is that it is self-regulating – i.e. the policemen checking the policemen issue and even worse the legal’s checking the legal’s.

The house of last recourse in ASIC is the Ombudsman which is like booking yourself a plot at the local cemetery.

So the latest ASIC trick is to warn “Buyer Beware” to pass liability to the victims of these legal cowboys in crime antics.

In other words nothing will happen as the victims (like us all) are the guilty ones.

The law is an ass even more so.

Lets us hope a new broom after the next election may clean all these half by smart arse legal cowboys out once and for all.
