2067, ASIC are going after the company and both Quinn & Stokes individually -

"ASIC has also commenced civil penalty proceedings against Terry Quinn and Gary Stokes for alleged contraventions of Sections 180(1) AND 674(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001....."

Last i heard/saw the Directions Hearing was set down for early Feb, so I'd be surprised if end of Feb, into Mar, maybe, before we hear anything....
