BJ could you please expand on your post early in the hearing as I missed the start and just caught the end of the conversation, and have no idea what's happening there - "After Easter for closing. Dragging on. Not a good start for an early outcome."
Sure. Because of the one-day delay in starting, due to the previous case running over, and other cases scheduled for Justice McEvoy, closing arguments may be delayed until after Easter (unless the rest of the case runs quicker than scheduled).
So that was really just a comment that if this happens, the case itself won't finish until early April, which obviously isn't great for everyone hanging out for an outcome.
I'm not listening in yet today. Hopefully will a little later today to hear what ISX has to say, but on VCs for a consulting gig right now.
